Introduction
The purpose of this communication plan is to define the communication methods and channels used for the Ca&Do Team. Clear and consistent communication ensures good information flow as well as helps to achieve project's quality objectives.
Stakeholders
Project Stakeholders can be divided into four groups from the point of view of communication:
- Project group team members Ca&Do
- Affiliated teams and individuals
- Coaches and mentors
This plan provides the basis for communication between the project team and three other project stakeholders.
General Communications Channels
- Discord and Teams: The primary communication platform for team.
Written Communication Models
- Discord channels organized by topics or projects for discussions and information sharing.
Internal Communications
- Daily Scrum: Held 9:00 in Mondays and Fridays to discuss individual progress, challenges, and plans for the day.
- Open Communication Lines: Due to working in the same building, team members can easily approach each other for face-to-face discussions and problem-solving.
Communications with Coaches
- Scheduled meetings with coaches and mentors for guidance, feedback, and assistance.
- Discord or email for ad-hoc questions and clarifications.
Communications with Stakeholder Representatives
- Regular meetings with stakeholder representatives to update them on project progress and address any concerns or queries.
- Communication primarily through Discord or agreed-upon channels.
Communications with External Stakeholders
Monitoring and Evaluation of Communications
- Regular review of communication effectiveness and efficiency.
- Feedback from stakeholders, team members, and coaches to identify areas for improvement.
